Istra Toner is a glass artist and a painter involved in making art and organising international art community events. She graduated in art and design in Wales, U.K.,she is an international exhibitor. Her background is in psychology and neuroscience. This is what she is up to now.
18th May 2013. Pendle Higherford Mill, U.K. Glass Festival. Istra contributed her framed leaded glass panels together with a number of glass artists from the North of England. The event was very well received by many visitors and the media.
